« The Perfect Lobster Roll in Plymouth | Main | Burritos.....you can't make this stuff up! »

Hey Pam--looks GREAT! As a fellow Weight Watcher, I'm looking forward to getting some new recipes from you! Check out the tortillas in your grocery store--there are some new ones out that are low fat, low carb--one point each...I just went to the fridge to get the name but they're all gone... will report back!

Thanks Steph! I will look for those tortillas, thanks for the heads up.

I feel ya. It's very hard to lose weight when you have such a love for food. I take a power walk 5X's a week, have great low cal salads for lunch and I also practice portion control though not through weight watchers. Doing all this affords me the extravagance of wine for dinner and a taste of my cookies. I also splurge some on the weekends. Life is too short while the food choices are infinite.

Pam, thanks for the heads-up about Lean Cuisine Salmon dish. I almost bought it since they've been plugging it in commericals and in magazines lately. Now that I know awful it is, I'll stick to my own cooking!
